SiteOrder ("we", "us", "our") operates the SiteOrder mobile application (the "App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you use SiteOrder, we collect:
- Account information — your name and email address provided through Sign in with Apple. Apple may hide your real email address; we respect that choice.
- Order information — business name, tagline, description, phone number, email, address, social media handles, website preferences, colour choices, opening hours, booking links, and any notes you provide in the order form.
- Images — photos, logos, or documents you upload as reference material for your website.
- Chat messages — text messages exchanged between you and the builder within the App.
- Subscription and purchase data — managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card details.
- Device information — timezone identifier (used to coordinate delivery times).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To build and deliver the website you ordered.
- To communicate with you about your order via in-app chat and email notifications.
- To manage your subscription and edit credits.
- To send you notifications about order status updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage), hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Apple Sign In — for authentication.
- Google Firebase — for data storage, authentication, and cloud functions.
- Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Analytics and Tracking
SiteOrder does not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
