Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteOrder mobile application ("App") operated by SiteOrder ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SiteOrder is a website-building service. You submit an order through the App with your business details and preferences. A human builder constructs your website and delivers a live URL within 48 hours of your order being accepted into the build queue.

2. Subscriptions

  • Base ($129/year) — one website built and hosted for 12 months, 3 minor edit credits included.
  • Pro ($159/year) — everything in Base plus 5 minor edit credits, a live chat widget on your website, and a custom business email address (@yourdomain).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • One website order is permitted per active subscription. A cancelled order releases this limit.

3. Edit Credits

  • Minor edits ($19 each) — text, image, colour, or small content changes. Delivered within 48 hours.
  • Major edits ($39 each) — new sections, layout redesigns, or significant structural changes. Delivered within 48 hours.
  • Edit credits are non-refundable consumable purchases processed through Apple.
  • Credits are tied to the specific order they were purchased for and do not carry over.

4. Delivery

  • The 48-hour build window begins once your order enters the active build queue, not at the moment of submission.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We aim to meet them but do not guarantee a specific time.
  • You will receive your live website URL in the in-app chat and in the Order Detail screen.
  • Domain connection (bringing your own domain) is provided free of charge and coordinated via in-app chat after delivery.

5. Hosting

Hosting is included for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your website may be taken offline. We will notify you before this occurs.

6. Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds outside of Apple's standard policies.

7. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, documents).
  • By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it solely for the purpose of building your website.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • We will not use your content for any purpose other than building and maintaining your website.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use SiteOrder to build websites that promote illegal activity, contain adult content, engage in harassment, or violate Apple's App Store Guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteOrder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
